From Cape Cod, the Pilgrims first landing, to Lewis and Clark's Portland at the end of the Oregon trail. 

 3000 + miles with particular attention to the American frontier as it developed from the 19th to the 21st century. 

The culture, the food, the transportation, the landmarks, the architecture and the people.

Looking for images that highlight the character of the people involved, the scale of the undertaking, the idiosyncrasies that inevitably developed,  the cultural changes that occurred and the magnitude of the undertaking to make the USA a two ocean country.
